MFD on an Upper Allen Hotel Fire

02-09-2024 1208hrs.

The Mechanicsburg Fire Department was dispatched mutual aid to the 23-02 box for a commercial fire alarm. Prior to our response, the box was upgraded to a building fire. Engine 29, Truck 29, and Rescue 29 made the response.

Engine 29 operated as the first arriving engine, securing a water supply and initiating fire attack.

Truck 29 operated as the second arriving truck, assisting with ventilation.

Mechanicsburg Fire Department Volunteers operated for approximately 1.5 hours.
