04-15-2026 1858hrs Company 29 was dispatched to the 29-01 box for a vehicle fire endangering a gas pump. Squad 29 made the response. Squad 29 arrived to find an SUV with an engine compartment fire. While these two pieces of apparatus are the “same old firetrucks” that everyone is used to seeing, they now have new names thanks to a multi-county effort to more accurately identify apparatus through standardized unit designations.
