Congrats to the New Captain 29

The Mechanicsburg Fire Department would like to congratulate Firefighter Munson for his promotion to Captain announced at our monthly meeting this week. Pictured is Captain Seth Munson. 

To be appointed to a Junior Officer position, a firefighter must complete MFD’s promotion process. This includes a required minimum certification level, the completion of a task book, passing our written exam, and receiving reference letters from fellow firefighters who recommend the prospective Captain for the position.
