The MFD 29 responded to 4 calls on Sunday brings a variety of incidents, all in Mechanicsburg Borough. 1511hrs- Residential Gas Leak 1550hrs- Appliance Fire 1758hrs- Medical Assist 2340hrs- Residential Fire Alarm

05-29-2026 2112hrs Company 29 was dispatched to the 29-03 box for a residential structure fire. Squad 29 and Tower 29 made the response. Squad 29 arrived, securing their own water supply and advancing a hose line. A small extinguished ventilation fan fire was located. Company 29 operated on scene for one hour.

05-28-2026 1430hrs Company 29 was dispatched to the 29-04 box for a garage fire. Squad 29, Tower 29, and Utility 29 made the response. Crews arrived to find a cooking fire in an attached garage. Squad 29 advanced 1 hose line, quickly bringing the fire under control. Company 29 operated scene for just over an hour.
